Was a very pleasant experience and the staff is friendly (not all). Rooms are big and spacious. The only thing that i would comment on is that they charge money for the umbrella, its a small thing but its something you would expect from a 2/3 star hotel to charge for these stuff. Would be a good gesture considering the price i paid for 7 nights.
My daughter and I enjoyed our stay very much. The location is excellent—walkable to Hyde Park and Tube. The team was friendly and helpful, and there was an expansive selection of options at breakfast and during the evening hors d’oeuvres, attentive servers . I also appreciated being recognized for my Marriott status. Would definitely stay again.
Room is kind of small especially the bathroom. Bedding is comfortable but the thermostat setting is old fashioned it doesn't show temperature you set to, only an approximate slide bar which makes it very hard. So it's either too cold or too hot. Location is not too bad,. convenient to buses.

The staff were cordial and friendly and recognize Bonvoy members. The room was upgraded and spacious. Hotel is getting old and due for renovations, hopefully done without increasing the price. Breakfast is open buffet and nice.
One of the best hotels in London in terms of staff service. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, suitable for families and young people. Very quiet with no noise at all. Highly recommended.
I’m a regular Marri-ite… welcome and front desk service to the expected standard plus more. Very polite and helpful… Clean. Tidy. Nicely decorated… Restaurant to the highest standards. Wonderful breakfast spread.
Lovely hotel with truly wonderful staff. Everyone was kind and helpful, and a special mention to Bimallca, who was the absolute sweetest and made our stay feel very welcoming. The only downside was the room, which could use some refurbishment and updating. Overall, a pleasant experience thanks to the amazing staff.
